About the client
Jum Designs is an ethical, woman-owned and managed South African business that designs beautiful bags. I particularly love their gorgeous Shweshwe range. It was lovely to work with fellow mom boss, Emma. She is super-efficient, kind and organised.
How a website helped this business
Before the new website, Jum Designs was taking orders manually via enquiry forms and social media. The new website made it easy for customers to order exactly what they wanted from the online store. This helped to boost the appeal of the Jum Designs brand and meant less work for Jum Designs.
The website automatically syncs with Wave Apps, which is invoicing and accounting software for small businesses. This means Jum Designs doesn’t need to log each order in Wave Apps manually as the process is now automated. Less work = a win win for the Jum Designs team because they can now focus on what they do best – making beautiful bags, marketing the business and product development.
Custom product options on the product pages mean customers can choose exactly what bag they want in the exact fabric they want.
“Meg created a brand new website and online store for Jum Designs. She worked efficiently, combining creativity with professionalism. Meg provided exactly what we were looking for, and ensured our fresh new site is true to our brand. We can’t thank you enough, Meg!” – Emma Flemming, Jum Designs.
